Doula Services
Prenatal Visits:
~ We will have 2 prenatal visits, where we will go over topics such as Stages of Labor, Labor Positions, Birth Vision, Comfort Measures, and Preparing for the Post Partum Season and addressing any questions or concerns you have.

~ As your Doula, you can call me, text me or email me for answering questions, directing you to resources, from the day we partner on this journey.
~ Beginning 2 weeks before your due date I will be on call for you 24/7 until your birth.
Prenatal Includes: On Call Support:
For Labor:

~ I will join you when you are ready for the added support and stay with you through out labor, and for at least one hour after your baby is born. It is my privilege to be a constant for you!
~ During labor, I will provide Emotional Support through: understanding, reassurance, calming, and confidence; Physical support through: training and experience to help progress labor through movement and relaxation, comforting touch and other techniques; Informational Support through: elevating your voice, facilitating communication and collaboration with your care team, assuring you have the time and information you need to make informed decisions in the moment.

Postpartum
~ I will meet with you in your home, to Process and Reflect on your birth; assist in adjusting to this Fourth Trimester, the Golden Month!
~ I can help you with Breastfeeding, Newborn Care and Resources for your specific needs.
